Hello Zeos,
you won't be able to mix mp3s directly with gephex
in gephex you can generate sound (see the 'wave generator' for example) 
but not import sound files from disk...
a solution can be to use a software which is compatible with midi and/or 
osc and use the osc/midi output of gephex to control this software
