Hello Saeed,

>well i tried to copy the example in "/usr/share/gephex/graphs" folder

1/ unrar the examples somewhere
2/ modify your "~/.gephex/0.4/gephex.conf" and replace the 'graph_path' 
variable with the folder just have created :
graph_path           = 
[/put/here/the/path/of/the/folder/contaning/the/examples/]
3/ run gephex
