[gephex-user] Webcam input is all black

I imagine effectv and xawtv (and now gqcam) all use v4l just the same as
gephex, but for some reason all of those except gephex (0.4.3) work.

xawtv does give me this error:
/dev/v4l/video0 [v4l]: no overlay support

Is that something important for gephex?
