Could you check if frbinmodule links against the pthreads library?

 > ldd /usr/local/lib/gephex-0.4/modules/frbinmodule.so

btw. the libmpeg3 support in gephex is kind of deprecated since several 
years. ffmpeg is considered a better solution for our needs.
