[gephex-devel] Compilation problem

I have some compilation problem with gephex 0.4.4
It seem to be a compatibility problem betwen doepfermodule and 'AMD-64'

Pierre from 314r.net have give me
http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/base/amd64/howtos/index.xml?part=1&chap=3
I have tried to do :
cd /modules/src/doepfermodule/
automake
make
and give a similar result (compilation stopped and the -fPIC message)

Can you give me some help ?
Do you need more data ?
