in the mainline of 0.4?


These patches add a new type for osc messages and several modules that
use this new type:

oscinmodule:
  receives osc ip/udp packages

oscoutmodule:
  sends osc ip/udp packages

numoscmodule:
  creates a osc message of type ",f" from a numbertype input

oscnummodule:
  catches osc messages by osc address and type ",f" and outputs a number

oscmergemodule:
  merges two osc streams to one
