Gephex should search all frei0r default locations for plugins

1. /usr/lib/frei0r-FREI0R_VERSION/*
2. /usr/local/lib/frei0r-FREI0R_VERSION/*
3. ~/.frei0r-FREI0R_VERSION/lib/*
