When neither the xshm nor xv extension is usable, the x11 output driver
(modules/src/frboutmodule) uses ximage to blit to the xserver.
This blitting mode is broken. For example it crashes when the
output is resized.
Seen bot on linux/x86 and mac os x/g4.
