[gephex-devel] gephex.conf location

I need something similar for the automatic testcase runner. This should
remove sideeffects from the conf of the user running the testsuite. We
should use the full qualified filename and not only the path. This
enables different conf files in one directory.

>   2/ Change the hardcoded path to "." (current directory) for all platforms

But this search location should be deactivated if another position is
set via the command line mechanism. Perhaps we should even disable the
"." default location for platforms with wrapper scripts.
