[gephex-devel] gephex.conf location

Hi All,

currently, the path where gephex looks for gephex.conf is hardcoded in 
engine and gui
to
    "../"  for win32
ans
  "$HOME/.gephex/0.4" for unix operating systems (including mac os x).

I propose to change this the following way:

   1/ Add a new command line parameter to gephex-engine-real and 
gephex-gui-real:
         the absolute position of the config file

   2/ Change the hardcoded path to "." (current directory) for all 
platforms

   3/ Adapt gephex wrapper script accordingly for unix platforms to act 
as before

   4/ Change win32 binary dist s.t. gephex.conf now is in the bin 
directory

   5/ Change gephex wrapper for Mac OS X making a binary distribution 
easier
