- remove the "PlugIn Manager" widget
- remove all ModuleClassLoaderControlSender code from the gui
- remove the possibility to unload plugins from the dllloader/engine
- move the automatic plugin loader code from the controller to the dllloader 

With these changes we could simplifify the plugin handling code a lot. This is
one step to enable multiple effects in one plugin without big design changes.
