[gephex-devel] CVS moved away from sourceforge

Today I deactivated our CVS repository at sourceforge.
Until we have set up cvs access on gephex.org, developers can get the latest
cvs snapshot from http://www.gephex.org/download.php.

Of course we accept patches in the meantime and will update the cvs snapshot
if necessary (right now it is exactly version 0.0.4).

I also turned of some other useless stuff from our sourceforge project:
some trackers (support, feature requests, patches), the forums, the 
docmanager...
