I would like to have a module which extracts a colorpalette from a
movie/image/cam to easily integrate visuals in the color-harmony of a given
location/decoration.

Hence a useful option would be to select the number of extracted colors and to
be able to "reverse" the palette into complementary colors.
This module should be able to give an output to a kind of color-filter which
adopts given images to a given palette.

(I hope I found the right place for my wish - Martin told me to create a
bugzilla entry, maybe I placed it on the wrong location?)
